EPDM
(ethylene propylene
dienemonomer)
EPDM roofing membranes are designed for use on Commercial, Industrial and
residential buildings.
The membranes are available unreinforced and
reinforced. EPDM systems can be installed ballasted, fully adhered or
mechanically fastened for either new or re-roof applications. This is a
high-performance membrane, highly resistant to tears, impact punctures and
normal roof traffic. Structural movement has o effect on its integrity, and the
membrane provides excellent resistance to ozone and ultraviolet light.

PVC (polyvinylchloride)
PVC is a reinforced membrane designed for use on
Commercial, Industrial and institutional buildings.
PVC system can be installed as a Disc-in-Seam
or fully adhered design for either new or re-roof applications. HVAC costs can
be significantly reduced with lighter colors. It is resistant to tears, impact
and punctures, and its flexibility allows structural movement with no splitting
or cracking. Temperature variations, UV and ozone exposure do not affect surface
pliability or functional integrity.

TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin)
TPO is a reinforced thermoplastic polyolefin roofing
membrane designed for use on Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional
buildings.
TPO can be installed as a Ballasted,
Disc-in-Seam or fully adhered design for either new or re-roof applications. TPO
compound is resistant to a wide variety of common rooftop contaminants and is
highly ozone resistant. It will remain constant through UV and ozone exposure
and extreme temperature variations. |
